Dr. Sarah Allin is a part-owner of the South West Animal Health Centre and Associate Pet Hospital. She fulfills the role of manager of the Associate Pet Hospital. She works at both the Animal Health Centre and the Associate Pet Hospital as she enjoys working with both small and large animals. She was raised on a mixed farm north west of Eatonia, SK. Her interest in becoming a veterinarian began growing up with her family's cow-calf operation, as well as involvement in the 4-H beef project. She joined the team here in May of 2005 after graduating from WCVM. She, her husband, and two sons live on an acreage southwest of Swift Current.
Dr. Alison Eltom practices exclusively at the Associate Pet Hospital 3 days a week. She has a special interest in feline medicine but loves working with all small animals. She grew up in Terrace, BC. She graduated from WCVM in 1999 and then moved to Alberta to work at a small animal clinic. Alison joined the team at Associate Pet Hospital in the summer of 2008 and has been there ever since. She lives with her husband, Brett, and son, Drew, right in Swift Current.
Dr. Moira joined the team October 2018. She is originally from Saskatoon, Sask, and when she had the opportunity to attend vet school in Australia she took it! Dr. Reilly graduated in 2017 from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. She enjoys both small and large animal veterinary medicine with a special interest in exotics. In between working 5 days a week at Associate Pet Hospital Dr. Moira can be found re-discovering the beauty of Saskatchewan with her dog, Libby!
Dr. Halderman joined the team in October 2018. She grew up in Climax, Sask. and then moved to go to school at WCVM, where she graduated in 2018. Since then, Dr. Terren has moved back near home on a farm at Frontier, Sask. with her husband, 5 cats, and 3 horses! Dr. Halderman is working 3 days a week as a mixed animal practitioner at both South West Animal Health Center and Associate Pet Hospital.
Dr. Kendra Elliot grew up on a commercial cow-calf farm near Cromer, Manitoba. She was actively involved in 4-H for 20 years during which she enjoyed showing cattle, being involved with the national and provincial councils, and teaching younger members. Kendra completed her bio-medical degree at Brandon University before attending the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation in 2019, she joined the teams at South West Animal Health Centre and Associate Pet Hospital. Kendras clinical interests include cow-calf, small ruminants, and all things theriogenology. Other passions of hers include travel, pottery and Phoebe- her wobbly cat who has cerebellar hypoplasia.
Lynne DyckRVTRegistered Veterinary Technologist
Lynne graduated from The Kelsey Institute of Technology, Saskatoon, SK in 1993. Lynne works three day a week at the Associate Pet Hospital and is the staff member who has been here the longest!. We would love to have her around more often but she is busy kayaking, bicycling, quadding in the mountains and taking care of all her arabian and arabian x horses.
Kaylen ErskineRVTRegistered Veterinary Technologist
Kaylen graduated from Lakeland College in Vermilion AB in 2015. She then started working here at the Associate Pet Hospital as her first job as vet tech. Kaylen is originally from Assiniboia SK and enjoys participating in rodeo and sporting events.
Chelsea AmyRVTRegistered Veterinary Technologist
Chelsea is another one of our Saskatchewan girls, growing up in Conquest, Sk. She graduated from the Animal Health Technology program in 2006 at Lakeland College. She then moved to Regina where she worked at Sherwood Animal Clinic before deciding to move to Southwest Saskatchewan. Chelsea started working full time at the Associate Pet Hospital in February 2010. In her spare time she enjoys trimming and shoeing horses and spending time with her dogs and horse.
Taylor RoosenRVTRegistered Veterinary Technologist
Taylor has been with us here at Associate Pet Hospital for many years. Starting as a high school volunteer to graduating from the Animal Health Technology program at Lakeland college in 2018. She came back working as a tech for her first job out and is enjoying every minute of it.
Patricia is originally from the Swift Current area and began working with us in the spring of 2002 after she graduated from the Vermilion Agriculture College. Patricia was on the Board of Directors for the Saskatchewan Association of Veterinary Technologists and takes a keen interest in her association . She spends a small part of her time at the Associate Pet Hospital and most of her time at the Animal Health Centre. Patricia lives north of Swift Current on her acreage with her husband and children.
Lauren WenaasVeterinary Assistant
Lauren began full time at APH in the spring of 2017.
She grew up on a ranch near Consul, Sask. where her family had a variety of
animals including cattle, horses, llamas, pigs, an emu, and more. You can
usually find Lauren being busy playing rec. sports, helping at the ranch, or
snuggling her cats and dogs.
Sabrina PennerVeterinary Assistant
Sabrina grew up Wymark, Sask. with her family who raised cattle, chickens, and dogs. Since then Sabrina has moved to Swift Current to work full time at Associate Pet Hospital. If you see her at the clinic she is most likely giving the cat and dog patients extra cuddles. Sabrina gives the clinic an extra dose of energy and happiness.
Shelby ThossInventory Manager
Shelby grew up in the sunny Okanagan Valley, she later moved to Alberta where she worked at a clinic in the city before arriving in Saskatchewan. Shelby has been with us since 2017. She enjoys her free time exploring Saskatchewan, doing renovations with her significant other Aaron, and simply enjoying life with her 3 cats.

Tammy has been a wonderful addition to the team since 2015. She is the smiling face that greets you at the clinic. She enjoys spending her time off with her kids and animals at home. Summers are spent camping at the lake, playing an important role in 4-H, and spending time on her farm.

Lorraine Becker has been Saturday receptionist since September 2018. She retired from a pet grooming career and continues her passion for pets in the clinic by welcoming clients for appointments and food for furry friends.
